A seasoned negotiator, she worked as the Director of Human Resources at Signtech where she led bilateral union negotiations between upper management and its 350 employees. She has studied Italian and French at the University of Toronto alongside her Bachelor’s in Computer Science. In 2012, she joined Agency Red as a Partner. Mona is a strategic advisor and manages HR internally ensuring high standards are met, and Agency Red hires and maintains the very best. As the COO, her responsibilities include building a stable framework for the studio’s growth. Mona exudes calmness in the most tenuous circumstances.
